How do you create an exchange/AS policy for a Store project?

You can input this in Store Maker Studio [Project Management] > [Product Design] tab.

1) Please enter the address to receive exchange/return requests.

• Please enter the maker's address where products will be received based on the supporter's exchange/return request.
• If all products are set to 'No shipping address required,' the address field will not be visible from the start.
• You can enter the address from the 'Inquiries & Policies' tab on the Sales Page.

2) A/S Information

• If you have data entered from a Funding or Pre-Order project, it will be written the same way. You can freely edit it until submission.
• If the maker's A/S policy does not comply with law, you may face sanctions based on relevant regulations.
• It will be exposed in the 'Returns & Exchange' tab on the Sales Page.
