Can I find out the contact information of supporters who requested notifications?
We cannot verify the personal information of notification requesters. However, some information needed for event execution is available.
- Until the project ends and payment is made, we cannot access information about supporters who participated in the funding.
- This is because the status is 'Payment Scheduled' and actual payment has not yet been processed.
However, depending on the project progress stage, some masked personal information can be viewed.

- Available Information: Nickname, Mobile Phone Number, Maker Follower Status, Notification Request Date and Time, etc.
[When Main Funding Starts After Coming Soon Ends]
- How to Check: Maker Studio → Shipping and Refund Management → [Participant Information Download] Menu
- Available Information: Nickname, Mobile Phone Number, Email, Reward Quantity, Support Signature Participation Date, Coming Soon Participation Date, etc.
[After Project Ends and Payment is Complete]
When the project ends and payment is complete, unmasked supporter information can be accessed.

- Available Information: Nickname, Mobile Phone Number, Email, Reward Quantity, Support Signature Participation Date, Coming Soon Participation Date, etc.
