After the project ends and before rewards are actually shipped, you can prevent supporters from canceling payments due to simple change of mind, and alleviate the anxiety of supporters waiting for rewards over a long period.

1) The more you guide content that supporters might easily miss, the better.

2) If inquiries about payments come in, try answering like this.

Payment is processed daily at 5 PM for 2 days after the project ends. \n
- Supporters who participated in the project with "Pay Now" have already completed their payment.
- Supporters who participated in the project with "Schedule Payment" will have their actual payment processed over 2 days after the project ends.
  At this time, please guide supporters to ensure their payment does not fail due to reasons such as insufficient balance / limit exceeded / lost / suspended cards.
Until 4:30 PM on the final payment day, supporters can change their information to a card they can pay with directly.

3) Prepare for reward shipping like this.

Once the payment period ends, you can download the list of supporters who completed payment as an Excel file from [ Shipping/Refund Management - Supporter Information Search ] .
After confirming the list, please prepare and ship the rewards according to the expected shipping date that was previously announced.
