The project manager registered as a corporate member has resigned.
If the email account of the corporate member is confirmed, you can change the password.
1. The project manager of the corporate member account has resigned Can you check the registration information and access the email?
- Please contact Wadiz Customer Center (https://helpcenter.wadiz.kr) with the manager's contact information or nickname and the exact corporate name at the time of registration.
- We will confirm the email address of the corporate account and send a temporary password. You can use the account by logging in with the temporary password sent via email and then resetting it to a new password.
2. If the project manager of the corporate member account has resigned and confirming account information or logging in via email is not possible
- If you cannot query the account using the information of the account owner (resigned manager) or cannot log in to the email used for registration, new individual membership registration is required.
- When opening a project after new registration, if you select [Corporate Business Owner] for the business type, you can proceed with the project as a corporate.
- All information used for Wadiz registration is encrypted, so we ask for your understanding that it is difficult to send a temporary password without confirming the information.
