Where can I check my store order and delivery status?

 You can check everything at a glance in the [ Sales Management ] tab of Maker Studio.

You can use the search function to easily find the information you need.

• The search term you enter must exactly match the supporter's personal information (name, email, contact) to see results.
• (Example) When searching for an order by supporter 'Hong Gildong' → Searching with 'Hong' or 'Gildong' alone will not return results.
• For courier delivery, there may be a discrepancy between the studio status and the actual status depending on the courier company's situation.
