What is the "Preparing to Ship" reward status?
You can use it when a delay in reward shipment is expected.
- From D+3 (the day after final payment) based on the project end date to before shipment processing, the button is exposed.
- The "Preparing to Ship" processing can only be used once per shipment number.
- From the set date, it can be applied for up to 30 days.
- When the "Preparing to Ship" button is clicked, supporters cannot request a refund due to shipping delays.
1) Use it in these situations
- When product manufacturing is completely finished, but there is a 1-2 day delay due to packaging issues
- When 1-2 more days are needed to prepare for shipment

2) Here's how you can use it.
- Select the funding details with delayed shipment, then click [Preparing to Ship Processing].

- Please ship the rewards marked as [Preparing to Ship Processing] as quickly as possible.
- If shipment is not completed within 30 days from the date [Preparing to Ship Processing] is applied, it will automatically be changed to "Not Shipped" status.
- Once the status becomes "Not Shipped," supporters can request refunds. Please complete the shipment before the scheduled shipment date expires.
