What should I do if 'shipment processing failed' in Store Maker Studio?
Please check the reason for failure and take action.
- [Shipping Method] and [Courier Code] should be selected using the dropdown function, not by direct input or copy-paste.
- If there are typos or formatting changes in the form, processing will fail.
- Before uploading, please check once more to ensure the tracking number is actually registered with the courier.
- Even if the Excel file upload and batch shipment processing 'request' succeeds, processing will fail if there are invalid tracking numbers.
1) Order Number Error
- When an order number is duplicated or omitted
- When it is not an order from a project registered with the same business registration number
- When an order that has already been processed for shipment is entered again (when the status is not in product preparation)
- (Example 1) When the same order number is registered twice, both are processed as order number errors
- (Example 2) If the supporter cancels the order while uploading the file after [Download Orders for Shipment Processing]
2) Shipping Method Error
- When the shipping method is omitted
- When content other than courier shipping or direct delivery is entered
- (Example 1) When freight shipping is entered
- (Example 2) When a courier code is entered but the shipping method is set to direct delivery
3) Courier Code Error
- When courier shipping is selected but the courier code is omitted
- When direct delivery is selected but a courier code is entered
- When a courier that is not provided is entered
4) Tracking Number Error
- When courier shipping is selected but the tracking number is omitted
- When direct delivery is selected but a tracking number is entered
5) Other
- If the tracking information from the courier is entered correctly but shipment processing still fails,
- it may be a previously used tracking number (already used), so please contact the courier directly.
※ What is a previously used tracking number?
- There are various causes of previously used tracking numbers, but they can occur when the courier reuses a tracking number or the seller accidentally makes a typo in the tracking number.
- Therefore, for error resolution, please contact the courier directly, not Wadiz.
