1) Open a Project

• After signing up as a Wadiz member, open your Maker Studio.

2) Write Your Project

• Fill in the required items necessary for project implementation.
• Enter all the content needed to operate your project such as story, rewards, and policies.

3) Project Launch (Scheduled Launch/Main Funding)

• After thoroughly reviewing the content you've written, click [Schedule Launch] to open your project on your desired date. 
• You can launch your project without any separate pre-review. 
  
  
  

4) AI Monitoring and Required Documents/Agreement Guidance 

• After the project is launched, AI-based post-launch monitoring takes place.
• We continuously monitor whether your project story and content comply with our policies and advertising review standards. 
• If there is a possibility of policy violation during the monitoring process or additional verification is needed, you may receive a request to modify your story.
• If documents or agreements necessary for project operation are required, we may request you to submit them separately. 

5) Project Closure

• Your project will close at midnight (24:00) on the date you set in advance.

6) Payment Processing

• Payment (attempts) proceed for 2 days after the project successfully closes. Payments proceed on both weekdays and weekends.
• The final payment amount that succeeded during this period is the 'funding amount (success amount)', and you will receive settlement after deducting fees from this amount.

7) Reward Shipment 

• You cannot ship rewards before the project closes or while payments are still ongoing.
• After the 2-day payment period following the project closure date is complete, you can check the supporter information needed for shipment.
• Please mark the shipment as processed in your Maker Studio after shipping the rewards.

8) Early Settlement

• If the funding amount is less than 10 million won, you can receive 80% of the settlement amount as early settlement; if it is 10 million won or more, you can receive 60%.
• You will receive it on the next settlement payment date after the settlement statement is sent. Settlement is paid every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday excluding weekends and holidays.

9) Refund Request and Processing

• Supporters can request a refund within 7 days from the shipment completion date.
• Refunds may be accepted if there are issues with delayed reward shipment or defects. For detailed refund policies, please check here.

10) Final Settlement

• You will receive the final settlement amount once reward shipment and refund processing are completed without any issues.
• However, if issues such as project cancellation occur, the payment process may be held.
