'Tailor-Made' Funding Exploration Made Easier… Wadiz Launches Follower-Based 'Feed' Service
- Strengthened social community features in-service, from funding experience reviews to news of new fundings from followed makers
- Members who follow show 13x higher average engagement across the service compared to general members
Wadiz opens a page where you can view news about supporters and makers you're interested in, strengthening communication between users on the platform.
Wadiz, a lifestyle design funding platform, announced on the 13th that it has launched a ‘Feed’ service that allows you to view the latest activities of users you follow.
The Feed is a page that collects funding and store product reviews and new updates from makers. It's an in-platform social service that allows you to easily check the service usage trends and fundings of interest from those you follow and communicate with them. Leveraging the strength of funding platforms with many innovative products, it was designed to give users the joy of ‘exploring’ fundings and ‘discovering’ products that refresh their everyday lives.
The Feed service, which first showcased its web version in April, is now seeing active user growth with a 10x increase in daily visitors and a 22% increase in followers. In particular, members who have established follows show significantly higher engagement across the service compared to general members, with funding participation (7x), store purchases (5x), experience review writing (26x), notification subscriptions (8x), and support signatures (32x) showing 13x or higher average engagement. This demonstrates that social services enabling communication with users who share similar tastes and interests are being utilized as a mechanism to increase the pleasure of exploring fundings.
Wadiz's policy is to further increase information exchange between users and trust in funding through the Feed service. The company is preparing various updates including feed comments and emoji reaction features to enable more active mutual communication, as well as features for sharing ideas about new funding products.
A Wadiz representative stated, “The Feed was designed to strengthen communication between makers and supporters through various stories happening within Wadiz and to provide the joy of exploring fundings,” adding “We will strive to become a service even more beloved by users seeking the joy of everyday life created through funding.”
