If shipping is pending or in transit, please provide your project number, maker name, and order number to Wadiz Customer Center (https://helpcenter.wadiz.kr). In this case, we will proceed with waybill initialization. Once the initialization is complete, enter the new waybill number directly in the Store Studio.
