[Transparency Report] August Transparency Report - Focusing on Major Funding Data #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Wadiz is publishing its transparency report for the first time in August 2020.
A transparency report contains reports submitted by members to Wadiz and Wadiz's action records. Through this report, Wadiz wishes to disclose actual data to members about how project issues are managed and addressed. Wadiz does not simply proclaim the goal of minimizing project risks; instead, by transparently disclosing how issues are actually addressed, we aim to create a platform environment where members can use Wadiz with greater confidence and trust.
1. Number of Reports Received in August
- The number of reports was measured based on the number of reports received through the "Report Project" button located on the right side of the funding project page. Even if multiple reporters report on a single project, the count is calculated as multiple based on the number of individual reporters.
- Currently available report types include simultaneous sales through reward side channels, false story information, intellectual property infringement, and harm to social public interest—mainly reasons contrary to the original purpose of funding. The number of reports received is an important indicator showing potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.
- Wadiz service users can submit reports through the reporting feature both during the funding period and after funding is completed.

2. Number of Projects Subject to Reports in August
- The number of projects subject to reports refers to the number of projects that have received one or more reports. Even if multiple reporters submit reports, if the target project is singular, it is counted as 1.
- However, this figure includes report counts that were determined to have no issues after verification following the report submission.

3. August Report Action Results
- As a result of fact verification, if product defects or shipping delays are confirmed, a refund request guide is provided in accordance with the 'Refund Policy'
- If a maker's statement is needed during the fact verification process, a notice is sent to the maker requesting a statement. If the maker fails to provide a statement, the report and statement contents are disclosed through Updates.

*Closed Issues: The report requirements were met, but as of the current month, the fact verification was already completed in the past and determined to be 'no issues' and closed, or necessary measures such as 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund' have been completed and no follow-up measures are required
*Non-Compliant Reports: Cases where the report requirements are not met, or there is insufficient supporting evidence to back up the report content, making it difficult to take follow-up measures
*No Issues Determined: The report requirements were met, but as a result of fact verification on the contents reported, it was determined to have 'no issues' based on policy, and the case was closed without follow-up measures
*Issue Resolution Completed: The report requirements were met, but as a result of fact verification on the contents reported, it was determined to have 'issues' based on policy, and follow-up measures such as funding refund, project cancellation, or request for maker statement through Updates were carried out
