[Transparency Report] October Transparency Report - Focused on Major Funding Cases #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Through our Transparency Report, Wadiz aims to introduce actual cases where meaningful measures have been taken each month to minimize supporter damage among projects with filed reports, and in October, we will share action results focused on the ‘intellectual property rights infringement’ type, which is the most frequently filed, and the ‘community policy violation’ type, which is a new report category.
‘Community policy violation’ includes defamation, personal information infringement, and posting of inappropriate content. Issues previously filed as ‘false story facts’ in existing report types may be included here.

The content below is all based on actual cases.
☞ POINT 1. A case where a report was filed as intellectual property rights infringement by a non-rights holder, but we actively responded by requesting feedback from the party mentioned as the rights holder*
*In accordance with the Copyright Act, a person whose rights are authenticated by relevant authorities is called a ‘rights holder,’ and since Wadiz is not the subject of rights judgment, we cannot affirm someone as a ‘rights holder’ if the fact of rights possession is not substantiated by authenticated documents or the like.

☞ POINT 2. In order to operate the project as a fair platform, we newly opened the ‘community policy violation’ report category

If you have any questions related to the above, please contact Wadiz's official email (info@wadiz.kr) and we will provide an answer.
