[Transparency Report] July 2022 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been issuing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing member reports received by Wadiz and the results of actions taken on them, and is structured primarily around funding report data. Through this report, we aim to transparently disclose actual data on how Wadiz responds to project issues, creating a platform environment where members can use it with greater trust.
1. Number of Reports Received
- 'Number of Reports Received' is measured based on the number of reports submitted through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as plural for each reporter.
- Report types include 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Distribution of Identical Products through Other Channels', and 'Community Policy Violation', etc. which are reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community
- The number of reports received is a key indicator that shows potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and complaints

2. Upcoming Opening Report Rate
- 'Upcoming Opening' is a pre-disclosure service that allows supporters to preview a project story before official funding begins, and the upcoming opening project page provides a notification request function for official funding opening.
- Reports at the upcoming opening stage serve as a function to detect risks before official project opening, and through this, it is possible to preemptively resolve issues before official funding opens.

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' refers to the number of projects that have one or more reports, and even if multiple reports are received, projects that are targets of the same report are counted as one.
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects that can cause supporter damage and complaints among all projects

4. Report Project Category Statistics
- Category classification data of projects for which reports were received in the current month
- Currently there are a total of 17 project categories, and 8 of these categories have received reports.

5. Report Project Processing Results
- All reports that meet the reporting requirements are processed with full fact-checking
- For projects where issues are confirmed, follow-up measures are taken according to policy
- If a clarification statement from the maker is needed during the fact-checking process, a clarification statement is requested through official document submission, and if necessary, the report and clarification request contents are disclosed to supporters as news updates

*Processing Complete
Cases where fact-checking of report contents that meet reporting requirements was conducted and, based on policy, it was determined to have 'issues' and subsequent procedures such as funding refund, deletion of inappropriate content, and project cancellation were carried out. Or cases where fact-checking of report contents that meet reporting requirements was conducted and, based on policy, it was determined to have 'no issues' and concluded without any follow-up procedures.
*Processing In Progress
Cases where fact-checking of report contents that meet reporting requirements is in progress, or cases where it has been determined to have 'issues' based on policy and follow-up procedures are in progress
*Processing Not Necessary
'Non-qualifying Report' or 'Previously Closed Issue', cases where no follow-up procedures have been conducted
└ Non-qualifying Report: Cases where the reporting requirements are not met or there is insufficient supporting evidence to back up the report contents, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures
└ Previously Closed Issue: Cases where reporting requirements are met, but fact-checking was already conducted in the past as of the current month, it was determined to have 'no issues' and closed, or necessary measures through 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund', etc. have been completed, making follow-up procedures unnecessary
