[Transparency Report] October 2022 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been issuing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing members' reports received by Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response, composed mainly of funding report receipt data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues, aiming to create a platform environment where members can use with greater trust and confidence.
1. Report Receipt Data
- The number of reports received is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports about a single project, they are counted multiple times according to the number of reporters.
- The type of reports received includes 'intellectual property infringement', 'false facts in story', 'distribution of identical products through other channels', 'community policy violation', etc. These are composed of reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine the Wadiz community order.
- The report receipt data is a key indicator that shows potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

2. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of reported projects' refers to the number of projects that have received one or more reports, and even if multiple reports are received, if they are about the same project, it is counted as one.
- The proportion of reported projects compared to open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that can cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

3. Open Scheduled Report Rate
- 'Open scheduled' refers to a pre-release service that allows supporters to preview the project story before the official funding begins.
On the open scheduled project page, a notification request feature is provided when the official funding opens. - Reports at the open scheduled stage serve as a risk pre-detection function before official project opening, and through this, proactive problem solving is possible before the official funding opens.

- All reports received that meet the reporting requirements are undergoing fact verification.
- For projects where issues are confirmed, follow-up actions are taken according to the funding report policy.
- During the fact-checking process, Wadiz requests makers' statement of position by sending official letters when necessary, and when needed, the report facts and statement of position request contents are disclosed to supporters as news.

When fact verification is in progress for report contents that meet the reporting requirements, or when follow-up procedures are in progress after being determined to have 'issues' based on policy- No Processing Needed
When the report is a 'report not meeting requirements' or a 'previously concluded issue', and no follow-up procedures are taken
⁕ Previously Concluded Issue : An issue that met the reporting requirements but fact verification was already conducted in the past as of the current month, was concluded as 'no issue', or necessary actions have been completed through 'project cancellation' or 'refund of funding', making further follow-up procedures unnecessary
