[Transparency Report] November Transparency Report - Focused on Key Funding Data #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing a monthly Transparency Report since August 2020.
The Transparency Report contains the details of reports submitted by members on Wadiz and the actions taken in response. Through this report, we aim to share actual data with our members about how Wadiz manages and responds to project issues. Rather than simply declaring our goal to minimize project risks, we strive to build a platform environment that members can trust by transparently disclosing the current status of how we actually respond to issues.
1. Number of Reports Received in November
- The number of reports received was measured based on reports submitted through the “Report” feature on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports for a single project, each reporter is counted separately
- The types of reports received include intellectual property infringement, false information in the story, distribution of the same product through other channels, violation of community policies, and other reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine the Wadiz community order
- The number of reports received corresponds to a key indicator showing the potential risks that could directly or indirectly cause supporter harm and dissatisfaction

2. Number of Reports Received for Coming Soon Projects in November
- 'Coming Soon' refers to a pre-release service that allows supporters to preview the project story before the official funding begins; on Coming Soon project pages, a feature to sign up for funding open notifications is provided
- Reports during the 'Coming Soon' stage serve as a risk early detection function before the project officially opens

3. Number of Reported Projects in November
- The number of reported projects refers to the number of projects with at least one report, and even if multiple reporters file reports, the project is counted as 1 if the target project is the same
- However, this figure also includes reports that were determined to have 'no issue' after fact-checking following the report submission
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of open projects corresponds to a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that could cause supporter harm and dissatisfaction

4. Statistics by Category for Reported Projects
- All funding projects on Wadiz are classified into one of 16 category types
- As a result of categorizing the 58 reported projects in November, the top 5 most-reported categories showed the same results as the previous month

5. November Report Processing Results
- If product defects or delivery delays are confirmed as a result of fact-checking, guidance on applying for a funding refund will be provided in accordance with the 'Funding Refund Policy'
- During the fact-checking process, if the maker needs to provide an explanation, an explanation is requested via official notice, and if the maker fails to provide an explanation, the report and the explanation request details will be disclosed through the news feed

*Insufficient Requirements Report: Cases where the report does not meet the reporting requirements, or where there is insufficient supporting evidence to proceed with follow-up procedures
*Previously Closed Issue: Cases where the reporting requirements were met, but the issue had already been fact-checked in the past relative to the current month and was closed as 'no issue', or where necessary actions such as 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund' have been completed, making further follow-up procedures unnecessary
*Issue Action Completed : Cases where the reporting requirements were met, fact-checking was conducted on the reported content, and it was determined to be 'problematic' based on policy, resulting in follow-up procedures such as funding refund, project cancellation, or removal of inappropriate content
*Issue Action In Progress: Cases where the reporting requirements were met and fact-checking on the reported content is in progress, or where it has been determined to be 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures are ongoing
*Determined No Issue: Cases where the reporting requirements were met, fact-checking was conducted on the reported content, and it was determined to have 'no issue' based on policy, resulting in closure without further follow-up procedures
