I'd like to deliver the reward directly to supporters. Is that possible?
Direct delivery without going through a courier service is also available.
If your project involves handing over rewards on-site or meeting supporters in person at a designated location, you can select the shipping processing step and choose direct delivery.
In this case, tracking is not provided, so you cannot enter the courier company and tracking number. Once the supporter clicks the 'Received' button after receiving the reward, it is immediately marked as delivery completed. Even if the supporter does not click the button, after 7 days from the registration date, it automatically converts to delivery completed.
When processing direct delivery, please make sure to check the following items!
- If you have shipped via courier, do not use 'direct delivery'. When shipping via courier, you must register the courier company and tracking number to provide shipping tracking.
- Direct delivery may take time until delivery confirmation is complete, which could delay final settlement.
- For non-digital rewards, we recommend courier shipping (with tracking number registration) to provide accurate shipping information and reduce inquiries.
- Including instructions to click 'Received' immediately after pickup in the on-site pickup notice can reduce delays and inquiries.
