[Transparency Report] December Transparency Report - Focused on Major Funding Data #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020.
Transparency reports contain the content of reports received from members at Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response. Through this report, we aim to disclose actual data to members regarding how Wadiz manages and responds to project issues. Wadiz does not merely proclaim its goal to minimize project risks, but actively discloses the status of responding to issues transparently to create a platform environment where members can trust and use.
1. December Report Receipt Count
- The report receipt count is measured based on the number of reports generated through the "Report" feature on the right side of the funding project page, and when there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as multiple according to the number of reporters
- The report receipt count is a key indicator that directly and indirectly shows potential risks that may cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction
- The types of reports received are intellectual property infringement, false statements in stories, distribution of identical products through other channels, community policy violations, and other reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine the Wadiz community order

2. December Pre-Opening Report Receipt Count
- 'Pre-opening' is a pre-release service that allows supporters to preview project stories before official funding begins, and the pre-opening project page provides a notification request function for the official funding opening
- Reports at the 'Pre-opening' stage serve the function of pre-detecting risks before official project opening

3. December Number of Reported Projects
- The number of reported projects refers to the number of projects with one or more reports, and even if multiple reporters submit reports, if the target project is the same, it is counted as 1
- However, after verification of the report, the number of reports determined as 'No Issues' is also included in this figure
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of openings is a key indicator that refers to the proportion of projects among all projects that may cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

4. December Report Statistics by Project Category
- All funding projects at Wadiz are classified into 16 categories
- As a result of categorizing 57 reported projects in December, 'Fashion & Accessories', which was ranked 2nd in the previous month, was counted as 1st in the current month

5. December Report Processing Results
- When product defects and shipping delays are confirmed as a result of verification, notification of funding refund request according to the 'Funding Refund Policy' is provided
- During the verification process, if the maker's statement is necessary, a statement is requested through official document dispatch, and if the maker fails to provide a statement, the report and statement request content is disclosed through updates

*Non-conforming Report: When the report does not meet the requirements or lacks supporting evidence to support the report content, making it difficult to proceed with further procedures
*Closed Issue: When the report meets the requirements but verification has already been conducted in the past as of the current month, and has been closed as 'No Issue' or the necessary measures have been completed through 'Project Cancellation' or 'Funding Refund', making further procedures unnecessary
