[Transparency Report] December Transparency Report - Focused on Major Funded Cases #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Through transparency reports, Wadiz aims to introduce real cases where meaningful measures have been taken to minimize supporter damage among projects reported and accepted each month.
In December, three types of reports were received at similar rates: 'Distribution of identical products through other channels (33%)', 'Intellectual property rights infringement (32%)', 'False statements in the story (30%)' We will introduce one case for each type.

All the following content is based on actual cases.
1. Distribution of identical products through other channels
Selling identical products as rewards through other channels before reward provision to Wadiz supporters is complete constitutes a violation of Wadiz policy.

2. Intellectual property rights infringement
If images, videos, reward information, and other information used on the project page infringe on third-party rights (trademark rights, patent rights, utility model rights, copyrights, design rights, etc.), project execution is not possible.

3. False statements in the story
If relevant laws (Food Sanitation Act, Cosmetics Act, Fair Labeling and Advertising Act, etc.) and related advertising review regulations are violated, project execution is not possible.
