[Transparency Report] January 2021 Transparency Report - Focusing on Key Funding Data #TrustFundingWithWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing reports submitted by members to Wadiz and the action results taken in response, structured around funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how the platform responds to project issues to create a platform environment where members can use it with greater trust.
1. Number of Reports Received
- The number of reports received was measured based on reports received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and when there are multiple reports for a single project, the count is calculated by the number of individual reporters.
- The number of reports received is a key indicator showing potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and complaints.
- Report types include 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Other Channel Distribution of Identical Products', 'Community Policy Violation', and other reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine Wadiz community order.

2. Number of Pre-Launch Reports
- 'Pre-Launch' is a pre-disclosure service that allows supporters to preview the project story before official funding begins, and the pre-launch project page provides the function to apply for notifications when official funding opens.
- Reports at the 'Pre-Launch' stage serve the function of early risk detection before the project officially opens.

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' means the number of projects for which there is one or more report, and even if multiple reporters file reports, if the target project is singular, it is counted as 1.
- However, the figure also includes the number of reports determined to be 'No Issues' after verification following report submission.
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of opened projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects that can cause supporter damage and complaints among all projects.

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- All funding projects on Wadiz are classified into one of 16 categories

5. Processing Results for Reported Projects
- All reports properly submitted are fully fact-checked according to policy and refunds of funding, deletion of inappropriate content and other measures are taken.
- If a report does not meet the requirements, no further procedures are initiated.
- If product defects or shipping delays are confirmed as a result of fact-checking, guidance for requesting a refund is provided in accordance with the 'Refund Policy'.
- If a maker's written explanation is required during the fact-checking process, an official notice is sent requesting the explanation, and if the maker fails to provide the explanation, the report and explanation request details are disclosed through news updates.

*Requirements Not Met: Cases where the requirements for reporting are not met or there is insufficient supporting evidence for the report content, making it difficult to proceed with further procedures
*Processing Completed: Cases where the requirements are met and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined as 'Issues Found' based on policy and further procedures such as refund, deletion of inappropriate content, or project cancellation are taken. Or cases where the requirements are met and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined as 'No Issues' based on policy and the matter is concluded without further procedures.
*Under Processing: Cases where the requirements are met and fact-checking is ongoing, or cases where it is determined as 'Issues Found' based on policy and further procedures are in progress
