[Transparency Report] February 2021 Transparency Report - Focused on Key Funding Data #Trust and Fund with Wadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing the reports received by members on Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response, and is composed primarily of funding reporting data. Through this report, Wadiz will transparently disclose actual data on how we respond to project issues, thereby creating a platform environment where members can use it with greater trust.
1. Number of Reports Received
- The number of reports received was measured based on the reports received through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page, and when there are multiple reports about a single project, it is counted as multiple according to the number of reporters.
- The types of reports received include 'Intellectual property infringement', 'False information in story', 'Distribution of identical products through other channels', 'Community policy violation', and other reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine Wadiz community order.
- The number of reports received is a key indicator showing potential risks that can directly and indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

2. Number of Pre-launch Reports
- 'Pre-launch' is a pre-disclosure service that allows supporters to preview a project story before formal funding begins. On the pre-launch project page, a notification function for the main funding opening is provided.
- Reports at the pre-launch stage function as early risk detection before the project's formal opening.
- Through receiving and processing reports at the pre-launch stage, we can proactively resolve issues before the formal funding opens

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of reported projects' refers to the number of projects that have one or more reports, and even if multiple reporters report, if the target project is single, it is counted as 1.
- However, this figure also includes the number of reports that were determined to be 'No issues' as a result of fact-checking after the report was received.
- The proportion of reported projects compared to the number of opened projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that can cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

4. Statistics by Reported Project Category
- All funding projects on Wadiz are classified into one of 16 categories

5. Results of Reported Project Processing
- All reports properly received are fully fact-checked and measures such as refunds and removal of inappropriate content are taken.
- If the maker's statement is required during the fact-checking process, a statement is requested through official notice, and if the maker fails to provide the statement, the contents of the report and statement request are disclosed through a news post.

*Incomplete Report Requirements: Cases where the report does not meet the requirements or lacks supporting evidence to back up the report content, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures
*Processing Complete: Cases where the report meets the requirements and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined to have 'issues' based on policy and follow-up procedures such as refunds, removal of inappropriate content, or project cancellation are carried out. Or when a report meets the requirements and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined to have 'no issues' based on policy and is closed without further action.
*Under Processing: Cases where a report meets the requirements and fact-checking of the report content is ongoing, or it is determined to have 'issues' based on policy and follow-up procedures are ongoing
