[Transparency Report] June 2021 Transparency Report - Focused on Key Funding Data #TrustAndFundWithWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly Transparency Reports since August 2020. A Transparency Report is a report containing reports submitted by members to Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response to them, composed primarily of funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues, aiming to create a platform environment where members can use it with greater trust and confidence.
1. Report Submission Count
- The report submission count is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page. When there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted separately for each reporter.
- Report submission types include 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Same Product Distributed Through Other Channels', 'Community Policy Violation' and other reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine Wadiz community order.
- The report submission count is a key metric that shows potential risks that could indirectly or directly cause supporter damage and complaints.

2. Pre-Launch Report Count
- 'Pre-Launch' is a pre-release service that allows supporters to view project stories before official funding begins, and on Pre-Launch project pages, a feature to apply for notifications about official funding launch is provided.
- Reports submitted during the Pre-Launch stage serve the function of pre-detecting risks before project official launch.
- Through the submission and processing of reports during the Pre-Launch stage, proactive problem resolution is possible before official funding launch.

3. Reported Project Count
- 'Reported Project Count' refers to the number of projects that have one or more reports. Even if multiple reporters submit reports, if they target a single project, it is counted as one.
- The ratio of reported project count to the total number of open projects is a key metric indicating the proportion of projects among all projects that could cause supporter damage and complaints.

4. Report Project Category Statistics
- This statistic classifies projects that received reports in the current month by 17 funding categories.

5. Report Project Processing Results
- All properly submitted reports undergo complete fact-checking.
- For projects where issues are confirmed, measures such as refunding the funding amount or removing inappropriate content are implemented. If reporting requirements are not met, no further procedures are conducted.
- If the maker's statement is needed during the fact-checking process, a statement is requested through an official notice. If necessary, the report and statement request details may be disclosed to supporters through news updates.

*Completed Processing: Cases where the report meets the submission requirements and fact-checking of the report content results in a judgment of 'issue found' based on policy, and follow-up procedures such as refunding the funding amount, removing inappropriate content, or canceling the project are conducted. Or cases where the report meets the submission requirements and fact-checking of the report content results in a judgment of 'no issue' based on policy and the case is closed without further procedures.
*Processing In Progress: Cases where the report meets submission requirements and fact-checking of the report content is in progress, or where a judgment of 'issue found' is made based on policy and follow-up procedures are in progress.
*No Processing Needed: Cases of ''Report Not Meeting Requirements' or 'Previously Resolved Issues', where no follow-up procedures are conducted.
└ Report Not Meeting Requirements: Cases where the report does not meet reporting requirements or lacks sufficient supporting evidence to proceed with follow-up procedures.
└ Previously Resolved Issues: Cases where reporting requirements are met but fact-checking was already conducted in the past as of the current month, the issue was determined to be 'resolved' and closed, or necessary measures were completed through 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund', making further procedures unnecessary.
