[Transparency Report] July 2021 Transparency Report - Focused on Key Funding Data #TrustFundingWithWadiz

Wadiz has been issuing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing reports from members submitted to Wadiz and the results of actions taken on them, consisting primarily of funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues, with the goal of creating a platform environment where members can trust and use it more.
1. Number of Reports Received
- The number of reports received is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted multiple times according to the number of reporters.
- The types of reports received are 'Intellectual Property Rights Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Distribution of Identical Products on Other Channels', 'Community Policy Violation', and other reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine Wadiz community order.
- The number of reports received is a key indicator that shows potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

2. Number of Reports for Open Scheduled Projects
- 'Open Scheduled' is a pre-release service that allows supporters to check project stories before official funding begins, and the open scheduled project page provides a function to request notifications for official funding launch.
- Reports at the open scheduled stage serve as an early risk detection function before the project's official launch.
- Through the receipt and processing of reports at the open scheduled stage, proactive problem solving before official funding launch is possible.

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' means the number of projects with one or more reports, and even if multiple reporters submit reports, if the target project is single, it is counted as 1.
- The ratio of the number of reported projects to the number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that can cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction.

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- Category classification data of projects that received reports in the current month.

5. Processing Results of Reported Projects
- All reports that meet the requirements are fully verified.
- For projects where issues are identified, actions such as refunding or deleting inappropriate content are taken, and if the report requirements are not met, subsequent procedures are not conducted.
- If a maker's statement is required during the verification process, a request for statement is made through official notice, and if necessary, the contents of the report and statement request are disclosed to supporters as news.

*Processing Completed: Cases where the report requirements are met and the verification results regarding the report contents are determined to be 'problematic' based on policy, resulting in subsequent procedures such as refunding, deletion of inappropriate content, or project cancellation. Or cases where the report requirements are met and the verification results are determined to be 'no problem' based on policy and the case is closed without subsequent procedures.
*Processing in Progress: Cases where the report requirements are met and verification of the report contents is in progress, or cases where the contents are determined to be 'problematic' based on policy and subsequent procedures are in progress.
*Processing Not Required: Cases classified as 'Non-Qualified Report' or 'Previously Resolved Issue', where subsequent procedures are not conducted.
└ Non-Qualified Report: Cases where the report does not meet requirements or lack sufficient supporting evidence to proceed with subsequent procedures.
└ Previously Resolved Issue: Cases where the report requirements are met but verification was already conducted in the past based on the current month's standard, determined as 'no issue' and closed, or necessary measures such as 'project cancellation' or 'refunding' have been completed, making subsequent procedures unnecessary.
