[Transparency Report] October 2021 Transparency Report - Focused on Key Funding Data #TrustWadiz

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing reports submitted by members to Wadiz and the results of actions taken on them, and is composed primarily of funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues in order to create a platform environment that members can use with greater trust.
1. Number of Reports Received
- 'Number of Reports Received' is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted multiple times according to the number of reporters.
- Report types include reasons such as 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Distribution of Identical Products Through Other Channels', 'Community Policy Violation', etc., which conflict with the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community
- The number of reports received is a key indicator showing potential risks that could directly or indirectly cause damage and dissatisfaction to supporters

2. Number of Pre-launch Reports
- 'Pre-launch' is a pre-disclosure service that allows supporters to preview a project story before official funding begins, and the pre-launch project page provides a function to request notifications for when the official funding opens.
- Reports during the pre-launch phase serve to detect risks in advance before the project's official opening, and through this, proactive problem solving is possible before official funding launch.

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' means the number of projects for which reports exist one or more times, and even if multiple reports are received, if the reported project is the same, it is counted as 1.
- The proportion of reported projects compared to the number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that could cause damage and dissatisfaction to supporters

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- Categorical classification data of projects for which reports were received in the current month
- Currently, a total of 17 project categories exist.

5. Processing Results of Reported Projects
- All reports that meet the requirements for reporting undergo full fact verification
- For projects where issues are identified, follow-up actions are taken in accordance with policy
- If a maker's statement is needed during the fact-checking process, a statement is requested through an official letter, and if necessary, the report and statement request details are disclosed to supporters as news

*Processing Complete: When a report meets the requirements for reporting and fact verification is conducted on the report contents, and as a result, it is determined to be 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures such as refund of funding, deletion of inappropriate content, and cancellation of the project are being carried out. Or when a report meets the requirements for reporting and fact verification is conducted on the report contents, and as a result, it is determined to be 'no problem' based on policy and the case is closed without further procedures.
*Processing In Progress: When a report meets the requirements for reporting and fact verification is being conducted on the report contents, or when it is determined to be 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures are being carried out.
