The screen ratio of Maker Center viewed on PC seems unusual.

If the scaling/resolution of your PC is too high, the Maker Center website ratio may appear distorted.
If you lower the scaling/resolution following the instructions below, it should display normally.

Display Settings > Scale and Layout > Scale
