[Service Notice] Service Changes Due to Revision of Product Information Disclosure Notice

In accordance with the Fair Trade Commission's amended rules that took effect on January 1, 2023, "Notification on Provision of Information on Products and Services in Electronic Commerce" amendment,
We are informing you about changes to the revision process for reward/product information provision and major amendments for makers conducting funding, pre-order, and store projects on Wadiz.
We request that makers refer to the Fair Trade Commission's amended rules, confirm the project reward/product information disclosure notice, enter accurate information, and proceed with the project without any delays.
1. Major Changes
1) Change in Reward/Product Information Disclosure Notice Modification Status
① Wadiz Maker Studio (Funding/Pre-order)
- Path: Maker Studio → Project Management → Policy → Reward Information Disclosure Notice
- Before: Modifiable when project progress status is 'In Progress' or 'Feedback'
- After: Reward information disclosure notice can be modified regardless of project progress status
② Wadiz Store Maker Studio (Store)
- Path: Store Maker Studio → Project Management → Product Design → Product Information Disclosure Notice
- Before: Modifiable when project progress status is 'In Progress' or 'Feedback'
- After: Product information disclosure notice can be modified even when project progress status is 'On Sale'
(Cannot be modified for Pending Review, Under Review, Pending Opening, Pending Re-opening, Sale Ended)
2) Major Content of Product Information Disclosure Notice Amendment
- Furniture (Beds/Sofas/Sinks/DIY Products)
- KC Certification Required or Not → Changed to KC Certification Information
- 'Resupply Reason and Defect' added (For refurbished furniture, information regarding resupply reason and defect location must be entered)
- Video Appliances (TV Type)
- Size → Changed to Size, Form
- 'Additional Installation Cost' added
- Home Appliances (Refrigerator/Washing Machine/Dishwasher/Microwave)
- Size → Changed to Size, Capacity, Form
- 'Additional Installation Cost' added
- Seasonal Appliances (Air Conditioner/Heater)
- Size → Changed to Size, Form
- Medical Devices
- Medical Device Act License Notification Number → Changed to License, Certification, Notification Number
- Cosmetics
- Volume and Weight → Changed to Volume and Weight of Contents
- 'Customized Cosmetics Seller' added
- All ingredients that must be listed according to the Cosmetics Act → Changed to All ingredients that must be listed according to the 'Cosmetics Act'
- For functional cosmetics, whether FDA review is required according to the Cosmetics Act → Changed to For functional cosmetics (whitening, wrinkle improvement, UV protection products, etc.) according to the 'Cosmetics Act'
