[Transparency Report] February 2022 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been publishing a monthly transparency report since August 2020. The Transparency Report is a report containing reports submitted by members regarding Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response, and is composed primarily of funding report data. Through this report, we aim to transparently disclose actual data on how Wadiz responds to project issues and create a platform environment that members can trust and use with greater confidence.
1. Number of Reports Received
- 'Number of Reports Received' is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' function located on the right side of the funding project page, and when there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted separately for each reporter
- Types of reports received include 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Distribution of Identical Products Through Other Channels', 'Community Policy Violation', etc., which are reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine Wadiz community order
- The number of reports received is a key indicator showing potential risks that could directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and complaints

2. Number of Reports for Coming Soon Projects
- 'Coming Soon' is a preview service that allows supporters to check the project story before official funding begins, and the Coming Soon project page provides a notification request function for when the official funding opens
- Reports at the Coming Soon stage serve a function of early risk detection before official project launch, and through this, preemptive problem resolution is possible before official funding opens

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' refers to the number of projects that have one or more reports, and even if multiple reports are received, if the target projects are the same, they are counted as one
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects that could cause supporter damage and complaints among all projects

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- Classification data by category of projects with reports received in the current month
- Currently 17 project categories exist in total

5. Processing Results of Reported Projects
- All reports received that meet the report requirements undergo complete fact verification
- For projects where issues are identified, follow-up actions are taken in accordance with policy
- If the maker's clarification is needed during the fact verification process, a statement request is sent through official notification and if necessary, the contents of the report and clarification request are disclosed to supporters as news

*Processing Completed
When follow-up procedures such as refund of funding, deletion of inappropriate content, and project cancellation are in progress based on fact verification results of the report contents that meet the report requirements and are determined to be 'Problematic' based on policy. Or when follow-up procedures are closed without any subsequent procedures based on fact verification results of the report contents that meet the report requirements and are determined to be 'No Problem' based on policy
*Processing In Progress
When fact verification of report contents that meet the report requirements is in progress, or when follow-up procedures are in progress based on a determination of 'Problem' based on policy
*Processing Not Required
Cases of 'Reports Not Meeting Requirements' or 'Previously Closed Issues', where no follow-up procedures have been taken
└ Reports Not Meeting Requirements: Cases where the report does not meet the report requirements, or where there is insufficient supporting material to back up the report contents, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures
└ Previously Closed Issues: Cases where the report requirements are met but fact verification has already been conducted in the past based on the current month, determined as 'No Issue' and closed, or where necessary measures have been completed through 'Project Cancellation' or 'Funding Refund', making it unnecessary to proceed with follow-up procedures
