[Transparency Report] March 2022 Transparency Report
Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A Transparency Report is a report containing reports from members received by Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response to them, consisting mainly of funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how we respond to project issues, and we aim to create a platform environment where members can use it with greater confidence.
1. Number of Reports Received
- 'Number of Reports Received' is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' feature on the right side of the funding project page, and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as multiple according to the number of reporters.
- Report types include 'Intellectual Property Infringement', 'False Information in Story', 'Distribution of Identical Products Through Other Channels', 'Community Policy Violation', etc. These are reasons that go against the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community
- The number of reports received is a key indicator that shows potential risks that may directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and complaints

2. Number of Pre-Launch Reports
- 'Pre-Launch' refers to a preview service that allows supporters to check the project story before the official funding begins, and the pre-launch project page provides a notification request function for the official funding launch.
- Reports during the pre-launch stage serve the function of detecting risks before official project launch, enabling proactive problem solving before official funding begins.

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' refers to the number of projects with one or more reports, and if multiple reports are received for the same project, it is counted as one.
- The proportion of reported projects relative to the number of launches is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects among all projects that may cause supporter damage and complaints

4. Statistics by Category of Reported Projects
- Category-based classification data of projects with reports received during the current month
- Currently there are 17 project categories in total

5. Handling Results of Reported Projects
- All reports properly meeting the report requirements undergo comprehensive fact-checking
- For projects where issues are confirmed, follow-up measuresare taken according to the policy
- If the maker's statement is needed during the fact-checking process, a request for statement is sent via official notice and if necessary, the report and statement request details are shared with supporters through news updates

*Processing Completed
When a report meeting the requirements undergoes fact-checking regarding the reported matter and is determined to be 'problematic' based on policy, resulting in follow-up procedures such as refund of funding, deletion of inappropriate content, or project cancellation. Or when a report meeting the requirements undergoes fact-checking regarding the reported matter and is determined to be 'no problem' based on policy, resulting in closure without follow-up procedures.
*Processing in Progress
