Why is my final settlement payment not being processed? Can you help me understand the reason?
If final settlement is not proceeding, please check the following information.
- Please verify through Maker Studio that all rewards have been processed as 'Sent Complete'.
- Please confirm that all funding refund/refund requests have been processed and the status has become 'Complete'.
- Please check the funding refund request period. The refund request period for supporters requesting refunds due to a change of mind can be submitted within 7 days from the day the reward was received. Settlement will proceed once the refund request period has passed based on the schedule of the supporter who received the reward latest.
