Can I cancel or suspend an ongoing project?

If cancellation is unavoidable, you can request project cancellation. 
However, penalties may be imposed according to the penalty clause terms.

1. Do you need to cancel your project due to unavoidable circumstances?

After a project has been finally approved and made public, you cannot arbitrarily suspend or cancel the project. 
Please review the relevant Terms of Use and proceed with project cancellation according to the following procedures.

• Maker Terms of Use Article 26 (Cancellation of Funding Project by Company), Article 35 (Cancellation of Pre-order Project by Company)
• Maker Terms of Use Article 32 (Funding Penalty), Article 41 (Pre-order Penalty)

2. Project Cancellation Request Procedure

1) Please share the situation in advance as an update to the supporters who have been waiting for your project.

2) If project cancellation becomes unavoidable, please provide your project number, maker name, and detailed reason for cancellation and submit it through Help Center inquiry.

3) Additional guidance through individual text message transmission, etc., may be required. Please proceed with cancellation guidance according to the company's request.
