What documents do I need to prepare to proceed with a pre-order project?

Documentation proving special benefits and required documents for each reward item are needed.

Check pre/post required documents by category.

• Depending on the product, legally required documents that must be issued/certified are mandatory submissions. 
• Documents for gifts (not rewards) do not need to be submitted. However, additional verification requests may be made after the project opens.

• Is it difficult to submit all documents before the project opens? Check which documents can be submitted after the project launch. \n
  • Pre-launch Documents: Documents that must be registered at the time of project launch preparation
  • Post-launch Documents: Documents that must be submitted before the project closes (Link)

• If post-launch documents are not submitted, rewards cannot be sent even after the project ends, and the project may be cancelled.

1) If the pre-order special benefit is <Korea Exclusive>

• Please submit documents or materials verifying exclusive distribution.
• Documentation of Korea exclusivity, product name, period, etc. must be included.
• If the reward is self-produced by the maker, this can be substituted by filling in the relevant details in the [Project Information] tab of the studio.

2) Required Documents by Reward Item

• These are documents that must be submitted when distributing products or conducting crowdfunding according to current Korean law.
