[Transparency Report] June 2022 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been issuing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A Transparency Report is a report containing reports submitted by members to Wadiz and the results of actions taken in response, and is composed primarily of funding report data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues in order to create a platform environment where members can trust and use it more.
[1. Number of Reports Received
- The 'number of reports received' is measured based on the number of reports received through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page , and if there are multiple reports for a single project, they are counted as multiple according to the number of reporters
- Report receipt types include 'intellectual property infringement', 'false statements in story', 'other channel distribution of identical products', 'community policy violation', etc. and are composed of reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or harm the Wadiz community order
- The number of reports received is a key indicator showing potential risks that can directly or indirectly cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction

2. Number of Pre-Launch Reports
- 'Pre-Launch' is a preview service that allows supporters to check the project story before official funding begins, and the pre-launch project page provides a notification request function for the official funding opening
- Reports at the pre-launch stage function to detect risks before the project officially opens, allowing proactive problem resolution before official funding launch

3. Number of Reported Projects
- 'Number of Reported Projects' refers to the number of projects that have 1 or more reports, and even if multiple reports are received, if the project being reported is the same, it is counted as 1
- The proportion of reported projects compared to the number of open projects is a key indicator representing the proportion of projects that can cause supporter damage and dissatisfaction among all projects

4. Report Project Statistics by Category
- Category classification data of projects with reports received in the current month
- Currently 17 project categories exist in total

5. Report Project Processing Results
- All reports that are properly submitted with reporting requirements undergo comprehensive fact-checking
- For projects where issues are confirmed, policyfollow-up actionsare taken
- If the maker's response is needed during the fact-checking process, response is requested through official notification, and if necessary, the report and response request contents are disclosed to supporters as news

*Processing Complete
When a report meets the requirements and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined as 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures such as refunding, deleting inappropriate content, or canceling the project are underway. Or when a report meets the requirements and as a result of fact-checking the report content, it is determined as 'no problem' based on policy and is closed without follow-up procedures
*Processing in Progress
When a report meets the requirements and fact-checking of the report content is in progress, or when it is determined as 'problematic' based on policy and follow-up procedures are in progress
*No Action Required
'Report not meeting requirements' or 'previously concluded issue', where no follow-up procedures have been taken
└ Report not meeting requirements: Cases where the report does not meet the reporting requirements or there is insufficient supporting material to back up the report content, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up actions
└ Previously concluded issue: Cases where the report meets the requirements, but fact-checking has already been conducted in the past as of the current month, determined as 'no issue' and closed, or necessary measures have been completed through 'project cancellation' or 'refunding' etc., making follow-up procedures unnecessary
