Only the first identity verification and power of attorney execution are required based on representative name or business registration number.
However, if the representative name or co-representative name changes, you must newly execute identity verification and power of attorney.
2. Agreement Execution Procedure
1) Before submitting your project, please confirm that you have prepared the required documents.

2) Depending on your business type, Wadiz will send you an electronic agreement via email.
- Individuals and individual business owners who have completed representative authentication do not require a separate agreement execution procedure and will proceed with project review.
- For corporation business owners, after project submission, we will send you an electronic agreement during the project review process.
- Execution is required before project closure, and if not completed by the deadline, advance settlement payment and shipment processing will not be available.

② After representative email and mobile phone identity verification, check the message left and click [Start Signing].
③ After filling in your business information in the yellow highlighted input field, execute your signature or personal seal.
4. Joint Corporation Business Owners - Funding, Pre-order (Domestic Exclusive)

④ Upload a corporate seal certificate issued within the past 6 months and seal with the same corporate seal.
⑤ After the first signatory (grantor) completes the power of attorney and clicks [Input Complete], Maker Studio will send a joint guarantee document to the representative who has completed identity verification. (Sent to the representative's email address within Maker Studio)
⑥ After reviewing the joint guarantee document, please fill in your business information in the yellow highlighted input field.

6. Joint Individual Business Owners
We will send an electronic agreement containing a 'power of attorney', which requires signatures from all representatives.
Execute the agreement as follows.
① Wadiz will send the first signatory (grantor) a power of attorney. (Sent to the co-representative's email address within Maker Studio)
② After representative (grantor) email and mobile phone identity verification, check the message left and click [Start Signing].
③ After filling in your business information in the yellow highlighted input field, execute your signature or personal seal.
④ After the first signatory (grantor) completes the signature in the grantor field, the final signatory (representative who has completed identity verification) will receive a power of attorney. (Sent to the representative's email address within Maker Studio)
⑤ After reviewing the power of attorney and filling in the attorney-in-fact information in the yellow highlighted input field, execute your signature or personal seal.
7. Corporation Business Owner Unable to Authenticate Representative
We will send an electronic agreement containing 'Joint Guarantee Document' and 'Power of Attorney'.

④ After the first signatory (grantor) completes the power of attorney and clicks [Input Complete], the joint guarantee document (second agreement) will be sent to the representative's email address identical to the one where the power of attorney was sent.

① The power of attorney (first agreement) will be sent to the representative grantor within the representative's email address in Maker Studio.
② Please upload the representative's ID card.
③ After filling in the yellow highlighted input field, complete your signature. At this time, a handwritten signature or personal seal signature is required.
④ After the first signatory (grantor) completes the power of attorney and clicks [Input Complete], the attorney-in-fact will also receive the same power of attorney to the representative's email address identical to where the power of attorney was sent.

9. Frequently Asked Questions
Q. We cannot authenticate the representative! How should we execute the agreement?
A. If the representative cannot complete mobile phone identity verification, please have the attorney-in-fact (practitioner) complete mobile phone identity verification on their behalf. After confirming project submission, we will send you a power of attorney via email.
Q. For corporation business owners, why must the joint guarantee document be executed?
A. Funding and pre-order (domestic exclusive) provide advance payment for most of the settlement amount, and corporation business owners may be subject to limited liability to the extent of asset size depending on circumstances. As a result, joint and several liability from the corporation business owner's representative is necessary to protect supporter rights. This is not a matter of not trusting you, Maker, but rather to minimize damage to supporters and strengthen trust between you and your supporters.

A. Please enter the company name and business registration number, and business location address.

Q. Why must the power of attorney be executed?
A. When the maker intending to proceed with the project is a [co-representative] or [attorney-in-fact who has completed authentication], we request execution to delegate project implementation and consent to terms and conditions and all contractual acts incidental thereto.
