According to Wadiz Food review standards, please submit a nutritional analysis report issued by an organization recognized by the MFDS for testing.

You can submit your nutritional information documentation using either of the two templates below.

Template 1: Nutritional analysis report issued by a government-designated testing organization
Template 2: Supporting documentation from using the Food Safety Korea Nutritional Information Table calculation program (such as screenshots)
