More Active ‘Wadiz Space’ Marks 3rd Anniversary… Embracing Artists and Creators
-Wadiz Space, which opened sales channels for over 5,000 SMEs and startups, has become a 'startup mecca' visited by an average of 10,000 people monthly
-For its 3rd anniversary, renewed as a unique 'lifestyle design curation' space... featuring diverse 'collaboration' exhibitions from creators to major brands

Wadiz Space, which provided 'brand showrooms' to SMEs and startups lacking sales channels, will transform into a new and unique 'collaboration' space after three years.
Wadiz (www.wadiz.kr CEO Shin Hye-Sung), a lifestyle design funding platform, announced that it will renovate all floors of Wadiz Space in Seoul's Seongsu-dong on the occasion of its 3rd anniversary opening, turning it into a space overflowing with new 'collaborations' and 'pop-ups' every week.
Wadiz Space is a space where customers can experience funded products and purchase successful products. It opened in April 2020 in Seoul's Seongsu-dong to address the challenge of conveying a product's potential and story through online channels alone. Having opened early in Seoul's Seongsu-dong, which is filled with diverse brand pop-up exhibitions, it has earned recognition for providing brand showrooms to small brands and opening sales channels for them.
In particular, over the past two years, curated exhibitions that consolidated online fandoms into offline settings centered on fandom trends achieved significant results. Over the past three years, over 5,000 makers who took on online funding challenges met their customers through Wadiz Space, and it has now become a representative complex cultural space in Seongsu-dong visited by over 10,000 people monthly.
The core of this Wadiz Space renovation is to leap forward as a 'lifestyle design curation' channel that introduces brand experiences, collaborative exhibitions, and preferences from various makers ranging from artists and creators to small and major brands. The biggest change is the Creator Zone on the B1 floor. A gallery-style structure that showcases creative content will be established to activate it as a rental space for artists. Key features include a 3-wall beam projector, lighting, and audio facilities including a portable speaker for performances.
The 2nd floor features collaborative exhibitions between new brands centered on F&B. The main 1st floor consists of an experience space for products currently in online funding and a TOP100 store where customers can purchase successful products verified by fans.
For example, upon entering the entrance, brand events are held in the courtyard, the 1st floor features a funding showroom and store, the 2nd floor hosts various collaboration events at the Wadiz Café, and on the B1 floor, artists and creators hold performances, lectures, and exhibitions, creating a flexible and active space. On the basement floor, 'Three Artists' Star Stories: A Podcast by an Astronomer YouTuber and Photographer' is holding a media exhibition, and 'This Year's Travel Photography Exhibition' is scheduled as the next exhibition.
Wadiz CEO Shin Hye-Sung stated, “This renovation expands Wadiz Space from a product-focused experience to a channel that provides diverse brand experiences, including content created by creators,” and added, “Under the slogan 'All Things New,' we will showcase diverse content so that anyone can discover their tastes and inspiration and take on challenges.”
