Wadiz Launches 'wadiz NEXT BRAND', a Comprehensive Support Program for Small Brand Scale-Up

Following the launch of its first financial service MakerLoan, Wadiz is now actively expanding support for promising startups and SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses) to scale up.
Wadiz, a lifestyle design funding platform, announced on the 24th that it is launching 'wadiz NEXT BRAND', jointly operated by financial subsidiary Wadiz Finance and Partners, to discover and nurture small brands with high growth potential.
The program name 'wadiz NEXT BRAND' carries the meaning of 'Next Big Brand Discovered by Wadiz' along with the anticipation of the question "What is(wadiz) Next Brand?" This program was created to proactively discover promising startups and SMEs that will lead future lifestyles and accelerate their rapid growth through Wadiz's infrastructure support including investment and loans.
Any maker with a successful Wadiz funding track record can participate, whether as an individual or business operator. The finally selected teams will be provided with stable growth opportunities through investment and production loan support worth 1.5 billion won, as well as Wadiz's product procurement. Additionally, various benefits are prepared including special exhibition at Wadiz Space in Seongsu-dong and support for opening a dedicated page on the online Wadiz platform support for IP commercialization linked with Wadiz provision of Wadiz funding and store marketing benefits and brand consulting support.
Program participant team selection will proceed through 1st document screening and 2nd interviews, and the final 10 teams confirmed to participate will be announced through the 'Next Brand 1st showcase' event scheduled for end of June, providing a networking venue for scale-up.
