[Transparency Report] March 2023 Transparency Report

Wadiz has been publishing monthly transparency reports since August 2020. A transparency report is a report containing the reports received from Wadiz members and the results of actions taken in response. It is primarily composed of funding report submission data. Through this report, Wadiz transparently discloses actual data on how it responds to project issues, thereby creating a platform environment where members can trust and use with greater confidence.
1. Report Submission Data
- The number of reports received is measured based on the number of reports submitted through the 'Report' function on the right side of the funding project page , and if there are multiple reports for a single project, the count is calculated as a multiple equal to the number of reporters.
- The types of reports received include ‘intellectual property infringement’, ‘false information in story’, ‘distribution through other channels of the same product’, ‘community policy violation’, etc. These are composed of reasons that contradict the purpose of funding or undermine the order of the Wadiz community.
- Report submission data represents a key indicator showing potential risks that may directly or indirectly cause harm or dissatisfaction to supporters.

- 'Number of reported projects' refers to the number of projects that have received one or more reports, and even if multiple reports are submitted, if the target project of the reports is the same, it is counted as one.
- The proportion of reported projects against open projects represents the proportion of projects that may cause harm or dissatisfaction to supporters among all projects, a key indicator.

3. Pre-Launch Report Ratio
- 'Pre-launch' refers to a pre-release service that allows supporters to preview the project story before official funding begins.

- All reports submitted that meet the reporting requirements undergo verification of facts.
- For projects where issues are confirmed, follow-up measures are taken in accordance with the funding reporting policy.
- During the fact-checking process, if clarification from the maker is needed, Wadiz requests clarification via official notice, and if necessary, discloses the reported facts and clarification request details to supporters as news updates.

<March Report Project Processing Status>
- Processing Completed
As a result of fact-checking on reported contents that meet the reporting requirements, cases determined to have 'issues' based on policy and proceeded with follow-up procedures such as funding refund, deletion of inappropriate content, and project cancellation, or cases determined to have 'no issues' based on policy and concluded without follow-up procedures after fact-checking on reported contents that meet the reporting requirements. - Processing in Progress
Cases where fact-checking is ongoing for reported contents that meet the reporting requirements, or cases where follow-up procedures are in progress after being determined as having 'issues' based on policy. - Processing Not Required
Cases of 'reports not meeting requirements' or 'previously concluded issues', where no follow-up procedures were taken.
⁕ Reports not meeting requirements: Submissions that fail to meet reporting requirements or lack supporting evidence to substantiate the reported content, making it difficult to proceed with follow-up procedures.
⁕ Previously concluded issues: Issues that meet reporting requirements but have already undergone fact-checking in the past as of the current month, determined as 'no issues' and concluded, or issues where necessary measures such as 'project cancellation' or 'funding refund' have been completed, making further follow-up procedures unnecessary.
