Pre-launch events allow supporters who are on the fence to a chance tosample the experience, while providing makers who need reviews with the chance tocollect.

When hosting a pre-launch experience event, you must clearly provide details on the recruitment period, how to participate, and how the products will be delivered.

During the period of launching soon, recruit testers through the wadiz platform and encourage them to write reviews on 1) the wadiz Community or 2) social media and your own online store in exchange for receiving sample products in advance.
3. After the project launches: Promotional and engagement events
Once the project officially launches, there’s only one goal: to spread the word to as many people as possible and encourage participation. Here are some events you can plan while the project is running:

- Effect: You can promote your project to customers outside of wadiz and encourage their participation.
Please promote your project on social media channels other than Facebook (Instagram, KakaoStory, Naver Blog, YouTube, etc.). This allows you to reach the friends and acquaintances of supporters who haven’t directly participated in the project.

You can boost event participation rates by offering incentives in exchange for supporters posting proof of their participation in the project, their expectations, or specific hashtags on their social media accounts.
3. Milestone Promises / Breakthrough Events
- Target Audience: Supporters and prospective supporters who have participated in the project
- Effect: You can encourage supporters who have participated in the project to personally encourage their friends and acquaintances to participate or promote the project.
Try planning events with specific goals, such as reaching 500% of the funding target or 1,000 supporters. You can use this strategy when you want to boost the achievement rate a bit more, or during the middle to late stages of a project when participation is slowing down.

3. Project Closure: Review and Satisfaction Survey Event
Now it’s time to finish strong. If positive reviews and feedback continue even after the project ends, it will have a positive impact not only on your brand but also on any new projects you launch in the future.
