- Did you find the story type that suits you best through the Story Type Test?
- Based on your test results, we’ll walk you through the four main steps of story writing and
- as well as the key points to keep in mind when writing fan-oriented Stories.
* Wait a minute, Take theto find out which Story type suits you best.
1) The maker’s story type is “Fandom-style.”
- This is for projects involving products or services that already have a strong fanbase or a solid track record of positive reviews,
- and are preparing a project to further expand the brand’s influence.
- Alternatively, if the project involves a brand that’s instantly recognizable just by its name, it can be considered a “fandom-style” project.
Try writing your Story so that fans who love you or your brand can recognize it at a glance. I recommend starting your Story by showing your brand name or logo first and emphasizing who you are. Show off just how amazing and famous you (or your brand) are to spark interest among supporters who may not know you yet. It’s a good idea to highlight your flagship products or services, past achievements, customer reviews, and messages of cheer from fans.
2) 4 Steps to Creating a “Fandom-Style” Story
Once you’ve found the story type that suits you, it’s time to write it yourself. Use the worksheet to confidently prepare each step, or mark (V) next to the sections you think are essential. You canreorder the specific items within each step, but we don’t recommend changing the order of the steps themselves. Once you’ve decided on the order, review the example stories to learn how to connect them naturally—and you’re all set!
