Interview Tips!
When you’re swamped with work in the hustle and bustle of daily life, there are moments when your mental health can take a toll—especially if you’re the kind of person driven by a strong passion to excel.
Director Kwon Byung-wook, a silver-haired cosmetics business manager, was no exception. Having worked in the beauty industry and created major products, he reportedly suffered from panic disorder at the age of 50.
Having lived a nonstop life—quitting one job on the 31st only to start another on the 1st—he decided to take a break.
In the middle of his break, he received a job offer, and the brand he created there is none other than today’s “Neuseon.”
Who could have imagined that the “I.M. Ampoule,” created as his swan song, would be such a huge success?
It’s said that as he studied and immersed himself in the fermented ingredients—the main components of “Neuseon” and the “I Am Ampoule”—his panic disorder gradually improved.
Fortunately, he has now stopped taking medication.
The I’M Ampoule embodies the philosophy he developed over his 27 years working as a business manager in the beauty industry.
He believes that cosmetics—especially ampoules—don’t need to serve multiple functions.
Since ampoules are the very foundation of a skincare routine, adding too many ingredients can actually cause them to conflict with the products applied afterward.
That’s why the line consists of products that specifically target pores, improve skin texture, and brighten the complexion.
