PingPong Payments KYC verification is an essential process to confirm your business information.

• To proceed with your project and receive settlements, you must register your business information and settlement details with PingPong Payments and complete the verification.
• The process of verifying your business information is called KYC verification.

Documents required for PingPong Payments KYC verification

• Before preparing your documents, please make sure to follow the precautions below.
  • All documents required for submission must be scanned or photographed from the original (physical) documents only.
    Example: An ID photo → print → re-photo of the printed copy and then upload is not allowed.
  • The entire document must be visible without any cropping at the top/bottom or left/right.
  • The image must not have glare or any masked areas.
• The required documents vary depending on your business type. Once your documents are ready, please complete the verification following the method below.
  • Corporation: Corporation business registration documents, proof of company ownership, proof of business activities, legal representative's ID and face verification check and proof of address, ID and personal information of all shareholders holding 25% or more, business bank account
  • Sole proprietorship: Sole proprietorship registration documents, proof of business activities, actual controller's ID and personal information, legal representative's face verification, business bank account
