We need the supporter's address to send the reward. How do I set up shipping?
If you select 'No Shipping' in the reward design phase
we do not collect the supporter's delivery address (address).
If you have a reward that requires shipping, please make sure to select 'Shipping Available' for the shipping option.

When should I select 'No Shipping'?
- Select this option when you are preparing intangible rewards that can be delivered without shipping, such as pickup products or file transfers, reservation vouchers, vouchers, etc.
- If you select 'No Shipping', we will not collect the supporter's delivery address (address), so we cannot ship the reward.
How do I set up my reward if there are no shipping costs?
- For free shipping with no shipping costs, select 'Shipping Available' and then check the free shipping option.

I accidentally selected No Shipping and opened the project!
What should I do?
- If you designed a reward with 'No Shipping', the supporters' delivery address information will not be collected.
- If the project is in progress, you need to change the reward design to 'Shipping Available' to collect the supporters' delivery address information.
- After the project ends, you cannot change the reward design, so please keep this in mind.

- As soon as you confirm that it was designed with 'No Shipping', Wadiz Help Centerquickly register an inquiry to request modification of the reward design from 'No Shipping' to 'Shipping Available'
- After modifying the reward design, create and post an announcement of updates to your supporters as quickly as possible, including a link to the delivery address information input form

- Since reward design changes are not possible, create and post an announcement of updates to your supporters as quickly as possible, including a link to the delivery address information input form
Request for additional support when delivery address information is not collected
- If there are supporters who have not had their delivery address information collected in the end, Wadiz Help Center you can submit an inquiry with your project number, maker name, and supporter information (payment number, supporter name), and we will provide additional support (SMS delivery, etc.).
※ Please use the address and contact information you have collected individually only for reward delivery purposes
- Please be careful not to use the supporter's personal information for any other purpose than the agreed-upon use (reward delivery and complaint handling related to delivery),
- or to expose or disclose it in any public place.
- Please note that if you use or disclose personal information without authorization, you may be subject to administrative penalties such as fines under the Personal Information Protection Act.
