Essential Checklist for Project Progress

For successful project progress, please check the following items before opening your project.

If you check in advance what needs to be managed from opening to project completion, you can run your project more smoothly and stably. 

✅ Story/Reward Check 

• We are continuously monitoring the story and reward content while your project is being displayed.
• If you receive a revision notice, you must reflect the changes within 3 business days from the date of the notice.

✅ Required Documents Submission

• Please submit the necessary documents according to the guide sent immediately after your project opens.
• If required documents are not submitted before the project closes, it may be difficult to proceed with reward distribution and settlement payment.

✅ Agreement Execution

• If you are operating a funding or pre-order (domestic exclusive) project and are a corporate business owner, signing a joint guarantee agreement is essential for pre-settlement processing.
• If the representative authentication does not match, a power of attorney needs to be signed. If not signed before project completion, it will be difficult to proceed with shipping and pre-settlement.

✅ International Shipping Fee Setting

• Design your rewards by including international shipping costs for each country in advance so that only the final payment amount is displayed. Reward designs without additional costs at checkout can reduce payment abandonment from international supporters.

✅ Remote Area Shipping Fee Setting

• Please clearly inform about additional shipping fees and whether delivery to remote/island areas is available in your story and reward descriptions.

✅ Reward Exchange/Refund Policy

• Please clearly provide the criteria for exchanges and refunds. When running a project, Wadiz's refund policy takes priority.

✅ Reward Design Confirmation

• To prevent supporter confusion due to reward design errors, please double-check the quantity and price.
• Review whether you can achieve your total goal amount with the configured reward quantities and prices.
• When setting reward options, avoid using emojis as they can cause purchase errors. Please remove them.

• Please verify that the coming soon story has been written. If it is missing, it may affect notifications and exposure.

✅ Reward Category Setting

• Please set appropriate primary and secondary categories for your rewards. If the categories do not match the rewards, there may be a change request after approval, and if not corrected, they may be changed arbitrarily by our team.
