Hello.
From February 2, 2026, we will implement a global standard single fee plan as follows.
This fee plan applies only to makers outside Korea (those who registered as businesses overseas).

1. Wadiz Global Standard Single Fee Plan System
The global standard fee plan consists of Wadiz service usage fees, payment settlement processing fees, and consulting service fees (optional),
and a single unified fee plan applies to all projects in Korea and outside Korea.

- Applicable Target : Projects that completed "Submit" through Maker Studio from the effective date onwards
※ Projects that completed submission before the effective date will maintain the existing optional fee plan
2. Temporary "Service Usage Fee Promotion Discount" for First-Time Wadiz Users
Makers without success history on Wadiz will receive a service usage fee discount.
After February 2 Open Project > Maker Studio > Service Fee menu, you can check whether the promotion discount has been applied.

Wadiz is continuously advancing AI technology and will fully expand AI-based technical support to improve project management convenience and increase funding success potential.

Q. Can anyone outside Korea as a business operator run a project?
The countries where Wadiz supports project launches are South Korea, the United States, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Singapore, Poland, and Australia. If you have a business registration certificate from one of these countries, you can run a project whether you are a corporate business operator or a sole proprietor, and the supported countries will be expanded sequentially.

Q. What services are provided when selecting a consulting service?
The consulting service is a service in which a project director (PD) provides step-by-step operation guidelines for success by selecting projects that can create synergy with Wadiz. When using the service, additional benefits for project operation are provided, and the fee rate is confirmed through separate consultation depending on the scope of provision.

Basic functions and environment necessary for project operation, as well as supporter activity data analysis and CRM support and other additional services are provided together.

Q. What is the standard for applying the first-time user discount?
Based on the business registration number, when the first project succeeds, the "Service Usage Fee 30% Discount" benefit is automatically applied.
This benefit is provided as a promotional benefit and may be terminated without separate notice according to the operational policy.
※ Projects submitted from February 2, 2026 (Monday) to May 17, 2026 (Sunday) will receive a "Service Usage Fee 50% Discount," and projects submitted from May 18, 2026 (Monday) onwards will receive a "Service Usage Fee 30% Discount"
Q. How is the payment and settlement fee applied?
It is a fee that includes the payment gateway fee incurred during payment in Korea and outside Korea and various processing costs necessary for the settlement process. A 4% payment gateway fee including a basic service usage fee of $99 is applied.
Q. Is there a separate exchange and remittance fee?
For projects submitted from May 18, 2026 (Monday) 00:00 onwards, no separate exchange and remittance fees will be charged.
For reference, for business operators outside Korea, a 2% exchange and remittance fee rate was separately applied to projects submitted from February 2, 2026 (Monday) to May 17, 2026 (Sunday), and the costs of overseas currency exchange and international remittance processing incurred in the settlement process were reflected in the fee.
Q. How is settlement processed?
Business operators outside Korea must create a PingPong Payments account and register it in Maker Studio to receive settlement payments. Settlement is paid in US dollars (USD) through PingPong Payments, and can then be withdrawn in local currency.
