1. 'Funding' & 'Producer only in Korea'

1) The rate and process of settlement vary depending on the payment completion.

• The settlement ratio varies based on the payment completion (10 million won).
• Here, "payment completion" refers to the sum of the amount successfully paid during the payment period (2 days) after the completion of the project.

① If the payment is less than 10 million won

• The amount deducted from 80% of the payment completion will be paid first as a selection fee.
• When both the reward's sending and refund process is completed, the remaining 20% of the settlement will be paid as the final settlement.

② If the payment is equal to or greater than 10 million won

• The amount deducted from 60% of the payment completion will be paid first as a selection fee.
• When both the reward's sending and refund process is completed, the remaining 40% of the settlement will be paid as the final settlement.

Wait a minute, Classes/consultations, passes/accommodationsWhat if it's a project that gives you a reward?

• For projects that provide class/consultation, usage rights/accommodation rights as rewards, the settlement rounds will change if the recruitment amount is more than 50 million won.
• In the case of a class/consulting/usage rights/accommodation rights reward project with a recruitment amount of 50 million won or more, 20% of the total settlement amount will be paid after the completion of the use of the reward or the expiration of the validity period available. 

Funding/Freedomers Only in Korea

• Selection calculation (1st settlement): 60% within 8 business days from the project completion date
• 2nd settlement: 20% after 25 days from the completion date of provision of available means
• Final settlement (third settlement): 20% after 25 days from the expiration date of the expiration of the validity period when the use of rewards is completed or available

Preorder Special Configuration/Limited Edition

• No selected production
• 1st settlement: 80% after 25 days from the completion date of provision of available means
• Final settlement: 20% after 25 days from the expiration date of the expiration of the expiration date of the use of rewards

2) settlement process

• Selection charges are paid on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays every week except weekends and holidays.

① End of project ~ Payment of selected payment

• After completing the project, we will send you the selected calculation statement within five business days.
  • The settlement statement will be delivered to the maker's e-mail. If the settlement time is approaching, please check your mailbox often.
  • If there is anything wrong with the information needed for settlement, such as a business registration certificate or a copy of a bank account, the Wadiz Maker Center will inform you by e-mail.
• We will pay the settlement on the day of payment (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) after the date of sending the selected calculation statement.

② Rewards sent ~ Final settlement payment paid

• After the delivery of all rewards is completed, the final settlement process will be carried out 25 days after the delivery completion date. 
  • We will send you a final settlement information email within one business day after the delivery is completed and the refund period is over.
  • Please send the reward and make sure to enter the shipping information in the Maker Studio [Send/Refund Management] menu.
  • If you send the reward and let me know the news of the shipment with a new news, it will help you with accurate settlement. However, please be careful not to expose the personal information of the supporters.
• Supporters can apply for a refund if the manufacturer studio does not process the shipment by the maximum shipping delay date of the reward.

2. "Special Composition" and "Limited Edition" among the preorders

1) We will send you the final settlement statement within one business day when both the reward and refund procedures are completed.

2) settlement process

• The settlement statement will be delivered to the maker's e-mail. If the settlement time is approaching, please check your mailbox often.
  • If there is anything wrong with the information needed for settlement, such as a business registration certificate or a copy of a bank account, the Wadiz Maker Center will inform you by e-mail.
    
    
• If you have any objections to the settlement, please contact info@wadiz.kr .
  • After checking the settlement statement, if there is anything wrong with the settlement, you can apply for objection until the 2nd business day.
  • If there is nothing wrong with the settlement statement, and there is no objection from the maker, the final settlement will be paid within 5 business days.
    
    
• The settlement is paid on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays every week except weekends and holidays.

※ Once the settlement is paid, we will send a notification message to the mobile phone of the person who opened the project.

• If you haven't received the notification message, please check your mailbox. If there is anything wrong with the settlement application details or documents required for settlement, we will inform you individually.
• After receiving all the settlements, please report and pay taxes according to related laws such as the Corporate Tax Act, Income Tax Act, and Value Added Tax Act.
• This applies to individuals, organizations, private businesses, non-profit or for-profit corporations.

3. "Special Composition" and "Limited Edition" among pre-orders - Application for Seonjeongsan service

1) 60% of the settlement amount (classes, e-books only for submissions after September 1, 2024) will be settled in advance only for makers who applied for the "pre-settlement service" from the scheduled disclosure date to the end date of the project.  

2) conditions of application

• Subject to application: Free order 'Special Benefits' and 'Limited Edition' projects
• Application period: Open scheduled disclosure date (if not open scheduled, main fund opening date) ~ Applications can be made up to 5 days from the project completion date
• Amount calculated by selection: Payment completion *60% - All expenses including fees and postpaid advertising expenses, etc
  • Class, e-book category: Payment completion *20% for projects submitted before September 1, 2024 - all expenses including fees and postpaid advertising fees, etc
• Service fee: 3% of payment completion

3) How to apply 

• If you fill out the application form for Seonjeongsan Mountain service, you can easily apply for it.

4) Procedures for payment of selected charges

① We conduct a review to determine the availability of the service.

② We will inform you of the results after the review.

• If the review is approved, the selected calculation statement will be issued within 10 business days from the end of the project.
• If the review is rejected, we will inform you by e-mail within 10 days from the end of the project.

③ The selected payment will be paid on the settlement date.

You can receive the settlement amount on the company's settlement date (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) after issuing the selected calculation statement.

4. Fees for simple change of mind refund of supporters after delivery is completed

Under the E-Commerce Act, the fee return policy applies to simple change of mind refunds received within 7 days of completion of delivery.

The application criteria vary depending on the project submission date, so please refer to the contents below.

Project Submission Date	Fee handling criteria
Project Submitted from March 27, 2026 to June 30, 2026	Service fee, consulting service fee, and selected service fee excluding payment/settlement processing fee are not returned.
Project Submitted After July 1, 2026	Return all fees (payment/settlement processing, service use, consulting services, selected service fees) including payment/settlement processing fees, and will not be charged separately to the maker.
