Once you have your idea ready, share it with the world right away — Why wadiz Introduced AI Monitoring
Don't forget to take this with you!
- Starting April 13, 2026,you canlaunch your project on any date you choose as soon as you’re ready, without prior screening.
- This doesn’t mean the review process has been eliminated. From the moment your campaign launches until it ends, AI closely monitors the entire process, and we conduct double-checks on both the operating system and the assigned staff to ensure a risk-free platform.
- Wadiz is evolving into a testbedwhere you can quickly putnew ideas into action—so that everyone can start innovating on wadiz.
Now, as long as you have an idea, you can launch your campaign anytime, anywhere, on the date of your choice.
Wadiz has revamped its review process so that your brilliant ideas can reach supporters even faster. Today, we’ll explain why wadiz changed its pre-approval process.
From Pre-Approval to AI Monitoring — Makers Can Launch Their Campaigns Whenever They Want

We’ve introduced AI monitoring to lower the barrier to entry.
The makers who come to wadiz are a diverse group—from solo creators finally ready to unveil ideas they’ve been preparing for a long time, to startups wanting to gauge market reaction through small-batch production, to brands testing demand ahead of a new product launch. But they all have one thing in common: they’ve all knocked on wadiz’s door with the desire to “reach the market quickly.”
This is also why wadiz changed its review process. In line with wadiz’s vision of creating a world where anyone can take on a challenge, we’ve revamped the process so that more makers can get started faster.
The review process hasn’t disappeared—we’re using AI to monitor projects with greater precision and transparency

It’s not simply that the review process has been eliminated. Rather, the timing and method of the review have changed. We’ve shifted from a system where humans made judgments before a project launched to one where AI monitors the entire process in real time after launch.
From a maker’s perspective, this means you can launch immediately without waiting; from a supporter’s perspective, it means you can discover a wider variety of projects more quickly.

AI monitoring begins the moment a project launches. It quickly and precisely checks for false advertising, fake patents or certifications, brand impersonation, and duplicate sales on external platforms by monitoring project details, Rewards, and Community reactions in real time. If any suspicious activity is detected, the maker is notified to make corrections, and if a policy violation is confirmed, measures based on wadiz’s policies are immediately applied. Until the project ends and funds are settled, AI monitors the entire process to foster a transparent ecosystem.

Crowdfunding follows the process: 'Announcement → Funding Participation → Payment Confirmation,” we can detect risks and take action before payments are actually processed. By leveraging this structure, we’ve created an environment where rigorous verification continues even after a project goes live.
The more makers take on new challenges, the more supporters they can reach
With the elimination of review waiting periods, a wider variety of new projects are posted on wadiz every day. From a supporter’s perspective, this means you’ll encounter more ideas that enhance your daily life and stories that provide fresh inspiration. At the same time, a virtuous cycle is created—“more makers” → “more diverse projects” → “more supporters”—and the number of people discovering your project naturally increases.
So that new ideas can create a better everyday life—wadiz serves as a testing ground
Now on wadiz, projects launch the moment they’re ready—without any pre-screening—and AI monitors the entire process from the moment they go live. Makers can devote the time they would have spent waiting for approval to their products and supporters, and they can take on new challenges whenever they choose. Through fast and accurate AI monitoring throughout the entire process, wadiz is creating an environment where anyone can have their ideas validated and recognized. If you have an idea you want to bring to life, get started on wadiz today.

FAQ
Q. Does this mean wadiz no longer has a review process?
A. No. We have transitioned from the existing pre-screening approval system to a full-process AI monitoring system. Makers (project organizers) can create a project and, once ready, “launch” it immediately whenever they choose, but wadiz’s AI monitoring begins as soon as the project goes live.
Q. Does the new process apply to projects submitted before April 13?
A. This update applies to projects completed and submitted on or after April 13, 2026.
Projects that have already been submitted will continue to follow the existing review process.
Q. If the pre-screening process is eliminated, won’t high-risk projects proceed unchecked?
A. No. wadiz has a “launching soon” period during which payments are not processed for a certain period after a project is made public. During this process, we detect any warning signs or issues through AI-based real-time monitoring. If risks or problems are identified, the project’s visibility will be restricted during the “launching soon” period—before payments actually take place—or the project will be suspended depending on the risk level.
Q. Can I launch my project immediately even if I’ve applied for consulting services?
A. If you’ve applied for consulting services, an assigned project manager will review your project. We’ll notify you of the review results within approximately 3 business days on average, and you can launch your project once the review is complete.
