Wadiz (CEO Shin Hye-sung, www.wadiz.kr) announced that after a comprehensive overhaul of its maker service in April, projects utilizing AI agent 'WAi' showed approximately 2x higher average funding and approximately 1.8x higher average transaction count compared to non-utilizing projects. Since the overhaul, the number of makers using WAi to review project operation strategies has increased.

 Wadiz enhanced the capabilities of AI agent 'WAi' last April and reorganized its maker service centered on 'Maker Home,' a project integrated operations hub. WAi, the 'Success Strategy AI Partner,' analyzes project data to propose specific actions tailored to each situation—such as encouraging notification sign-ups, publishing updates, and supporter communication—in order of priority.

 After the overhaul, WAi has evolved beyond simple information inquiry to become a tool for makers to determine project operation directions. Comparing usage for approximately two months before and after the overhaul, the number of makers who actually conversed with WAi increased by approximately 32%, and the number of responses provided by WAi increased by approximately 30%.

 Clear differences emerged in project performance. Over a two-month period following the service overhaul, comparing 1,817 WAi-utilized projects and 1,419 non-utilized projects, WAi-utilized projects had approximately 2.8x more average visitors and approximately 1.6x more average notification sign-ups than non-utilized projects.

 Metrics leading to actual payment also showed strong results. The average funding of WAi-utilized projects was approximately 2x that of non-utilized projects, and the average transaction count was approximately 1.8x higher. It is analyzed that makers' method of reviewing data through WAi and executing necessary actions positively contributed to improved funding performance.

 Makers are leveraging WAi not as a simple data inquiry tool but for establishing success strategies. Questions frequently asked include comparing funding performance against other projects, analyzing major inflow channels, identifying promotional methods suitable for projects, and determining priority actions for improving key metrics.
